Cu Lao Cham, Hoi An, is an island cluster located in Tan Hiep commune, Hoi An city, Quang Nam province. It is situated 15km from Cua Dai beach. Cu Lao Cham is an archipelago of 7 islands (Hon Lao, Hon Tai, Hon Dai, Hon Mo, Hon La, Hon Kho Me, and Hon Kho Con).

4. 3-DAY HOI AN - CU LAO CHAM TEAM BUILDING ITINERARY

DAY 01: DA NANG – CU LAO CHAM ISLAND (LUNCH, DINNER)

  • 07:30 – 07:45: The bus and tour guide pick you up at your hotel or private residence.
  • Depart for Cua Dai Port (approximately 40 minutes). On the way, guests will travel along the city’s luxurious 5-star resort and hotel boulevard.
  • 08:15: Arrive at Cua Dai Port, where the company will assist with departure procedures.
  • 08:30: Board the high-speed canoe to Cu Lao Cham Island (15–20 minutes). Guests will enjoy the thrilling ride and admire the beautiful seascape.
  • 08:50: The canoe arrives at Bai Lang. Check in at the homestay, rest, and freely explore Bai Lang.
  • 11:30: Return to Bai Ong for lunch, then relax on the beach loungers.
  • 15:00: TEAM BUILDING PROGRAM – Refer to detailed games in Section 5 of this document.
  • 18:00: Dinner at the local restaurant and relaxation.
  • 19:00: Join the campfire activity. (Optionally, a Gala Dinner event can be organized upon request.)
  • 21:00: Overnight stay at the homestay.


DAY 02: CU LAO CHAM ISLAND (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER)

  1. 07:00: Morning exercise and swimming. Enjoy breakfast.
  2. 07:30: Attend a meeting at the homestay meeting room.
  3. 11:00: Lunch at the homestay.
  4. 13:00: Continue the meeting session.
  5. 16:00: Enjoy swimming and participate in fun beach activities and games.
  6. 18:00: Dinner at the restaurant. Overnight at the homestay.


DAY 03: CU LAO CHAM – DA NANG (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)

  • 07:00: Morning exercise and swimming. Enjoy breakfast.
  • 08:50: Start the day with a visit to the Marine Protected Area, exploring various marine species found around Cu Lao Cham.
  • Next, visit the Ancient Cham Well and Hai Tang Pagoda. Here, guests can try drinking a sip of Cu Lao herbal water, known to help relieve stomach aches.
  • Then, enjoy free time shopping for fresh local specialties.
  • 10:00: Transfer by boat to Bai Ong Ecotourism Area to change clothes for swimming. Afterward, take a canoe to Bai Xep or Hon Dai for coral snorkeling.
  • 11:30: Return to Bai Ong for lunch and relax on the beach loungers.
  • 13:30: Board the canoe back to Cua Dai Port. Upon arrival, depart for Da Nang.
  • 14:00: Drop off guests at the original pickup point.
