1. INTRODUCTION TO NHA TRANG

The Nha Trang Team Building Tour is one of the most popular company trip programs, attracting many corporations and businesses every travel season. Below are some recommended destinations suitable for organizing Team Building events:

2. DETAILED ITINERARY – TEAM BUILDING IN NHA TRANG (2 DAYS 1 NIGHT)

Duration: 2 Days 1 Night | Transportation: By Car


DAY 01: DISCOVER LOBSTER ISLAND (2 Meals Included)

Morning:
Welcome guests at Cam Ranh Airport. The bus takes the group to Ba Ngòi Port, where they board a boat to Binh Ba Island – also known as Robinson Island.

Upon arrival at Lobster Island, the tour guide leads the group to visit and take photos at Bot Cua, where guests can enjoy a panoramic view of the magnificent Cam Ranh Bay and see the French-built bunker dating back to the late 19th century. Continue to Bai Chuong Beach, famous for its stretches of beach morning glory flowers and wild grass, then walk around Hon Co Mountain to admire the vast ocean view. Guests can also visit two local temples:

  • Dien Dia Tang, one of the places dedicated to Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, built by devoted Buddhist followers.

  • Tinh Xa Ngoc Huong, founded by Buddhist nun Ngoc Gia Huong.

Stop for photos at Bai Me Hon Rua, Bai Nha Cu, and Dao Hoa Dao. Guests are free to swim, relax, and take photos at Bai Nom Beach.

Noon:
The boat takes guests to a floating seafood farm for lunch, featuring special seafood dishes of the island.

14:00:
Depart by boat for a sightseeing cruise around Cam Ranh Bay. The boat will take guests to untouched, pristine beaches that are not yet marked on the Central Vietnam tourist map. Return to the port and board the afternoon boat back to Cam Ranh. The bus then transfers the group to Nha Trang City to join a Team Building program on the beach.

Evening:

The tour guide takes guests to a local restaurant for dinner. Afterward, guests are free to explore Nha Trang Night Market, Phu Dong Park, Four Seasons Café, or the Thap Ba Seafood Area. Return to the hotel for overnight rest.

DAY 02: NHA TRANG - HANOI / HCMC (02 Meals included)

Morning: Guests have breakfast. After that, guests check out of the hotel. The bus and tour guide will take you to Nha Trang Salanganes' Nest House, where you can learn about Nha Trang's specialty as well as the industry of exploiting and processing salanganes' nests.

You continue the journey to Po Nagar Cham Towers, one of the ancient towers left by the Cham people, located next to the Cai River in Nha Trang. Here you can also enjoy Cham dances, and learn about the traditional craft of pottery and weaving of the Cham people.

Noon: Guests have lunch with the local specialties: Nem Nuong (Grilled Pork Sausage) and Bun Ca (Fish Noodle Soup) - a culinary feature of Nha Trang people.

The bus takes guests to Thap Ba Hot Spring Tourist Area to use the “Hot Mineral Water Therapy”. Here guests soak and relax with mineral mud for 20 minutes. Then, switch to a therapeutic massage method using water jets targeting acupuncture points to relieve fatigue for 10 minutes. Guests continue to relax with the hot mineral soak service in the swimming pool and waterfall, which helps improve bone and joint conditions and exfoliates dead skin cells, making the skin smoother. Mud bathing helps guests better care for their health and skin (mud bath cost is self-paid).

Afternoon: The bus and tour guide will take guests to Cam Ranh Airport, bus station, or train station. The program ends. Goodbye and see you again.


  • INCLUSIONS:
  • Transportation (bus) for airport/train station/bus station transfers and sightseeing as per the program.

  • Hotel 02 – 03 - 04 stars: located right in the center, near the beach, near the market, fully equipped rooms, arranged 02 pax/room (in case of gender-based shared rooms).

    3-star hotels: Nam Hung, Thang Long, Golden Beach, Lavender, Central,… or equivalent.
  • 2-star hotels: 101 Ngôi Sao, Sen Vàng, Remi, Boton, Sài Gòn, … or equivalent.
  • 4-star hotels: Meriton, B – B, Apus, Galliot, The Light 1 … or equivalent.
  • Meals: 02 Breakfasts according to hotel standards (3 stars and above include buffet breakfast).
  • 03 Main Meals with a menu value of 120,000 VND/pax.
  • Cano trip to Binh Ba Island.
  • Entrance tickets: to all attractions as per the itinerary.
  • Dedicated and thoughtful Vietnamese-speaking Tour Guide throughout the tour.
